CredPing exists to make credential and compliance tracking effortless for Canadian trades businesses. We believe that staying compliant shouldn't require spreadsheets, filing cabinets, or someone's memory. It should be automatic, reliable, and accessible from any device \u2014 whether you're in the office or on a job site with no signal.
Our Story
CredPing was born from watching trades businesses struggle with paper-based credential tracking. We saw electricians lose bids because they couldn't prove their crew's certifications fast enough. We saw plumbing companies get fined because a single Working at Heights certificate had expired without anyone noticing.
The trades industry runs on trust and compliance. General contractors need to know that every worker on their site holds valid credentials. Sub-trades need to prove it quickly and reliably. But the tools available were either enterprise software designed for corporations with dedicated compliance departments, or nothing at all.
We built CredPing to fill that gap \u2014 a purpose-built platform for small and mid-sized Canadian trades businesses that makes credential tracking as simple as taking a photo and setting an expiry date. No training manuals, no complex workflows, no IT department required.
